Step 1
Schedule a Tour
Call 979--823-1000 or complete this form to schedule a tour of our facilities, meet our principals, and learn more about the admissions process and timeline.
Step 2
Submit an Application
After prayerful consideration, if Brazos Christian School is the right fit for your family's educational needs, you can create a Parent Account and complete an online application.
Step 3
Placement Testing
The Admissions Office will be in contact to schedule testing. For the current school year, testing will be scheduled as soon as possible after the receipt of the application. For a future school year, testing will begin in late February/early March of the year for which the student is applying. For example, if your child is applying for the 2022-2023 school year, testing will begin in late February / early March of 2022.
Step 4
Head of School Interviews
Once testing is completed and recommendations, supporting documentation, and application fees have been received, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a Head of School Interview with both parents (ALL grades).
Step 5
Admissions Notification
The Admission Committee will meet and notify you of their decision within one week of the interview. Accepted families will receive an email with Enrollment Instructions and an invitation to schedule a meeting with the parent(s) and Principal for that grade level, and a Principal Interview with the student (grades 7-12 only).
Step 6
Enrollment
If accepted, students will be enrolled after the parent completes the Online Enrollment forms, pays the Registration Fee, and meets with the Principal.
Step 7
Financial Aid
The determination of need is established by using an online service that is made available after the student has been accepted. This information will then be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee. The initial deadline for requesting financial aid or scholarship assistance is April 1. After that date, the appropriate scholarship committee will review new applicant requests as needed.
