BCS Performing Arts Programs
BCS students explore the musical world by singing, playing instruments, creating, and listening. Music class is a "special" for all pre-K through 4th grade students that they attend throughout the week for 30 minutes. In 5th grade, students then have the choice to focus their performing arts on either band or choir. They will continue in either band or choir through Logic School.
Students will perform in several programs throughout the year, which include the Christmas play, Grandparents Day, In His Steps, and quarterly concerts.
When students enter Rhetoric School, they will then have the opportunity to participate in One Act Play, the school's theater program that performs an 18 - 40 minute play and competes against similar sized schools in an annual TAPPS competition.
